2.1 Free Features

• Basic download functionality

2.2 Pro Features

• Unlimited file downloads
• Download videos and audio files
• 6x speed acceleration
• Up to 6 concurrent downloads
• Priority customer support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until you cancel. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors (Paddle or PayPal).

4.2 Billing

• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Extension settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing cycle ends

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Download content that you do not have permission to access or use
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
• Use the Extension for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you download using the Extension. You must:

• Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights
• Only download content you have permission to access
• Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service
• Use downloaded content in accordance with applicable laws

We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content you download. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or other violations you may commit.
